Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work workplace
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified,



ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
Promote retail sales by educating clients on nail care products and other beauty essentials available in-store

Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon workplace
Solid knowledge of nail care techniques, current trends, and sanitation protocols
Ability to perform body waxing services (nice-to-have) with proper hygiene practices
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail technicians and body waxing practitioners (if applicable)
