Position / Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Overview
As the Office admin you will be responsible for stone slab ordering, documenting receival of slabs once delivered, material availability checks with suppliers, product spec’s when a change is required, data entry, communicating with emails. You are the point of contact for our stone vendors.
Responsibilities and Duties
Represent Quartzco as a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
Place orders with vendors in a timely manner to ensure material is received prior to being required
Point of contact with Stone vendors to check inventory and shipping timelines
Support your team in resolving material availability issues and develop processes and policies to facilitate as required
Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
Be point of contact for Inside Sales team and inputs jobs into fabrication Moraware.
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Diploma or Graduate Degree
Tactful and diplomatic communicator able to exchange ideas and information with team members in a concise and logical way
Proficiency in basic AutoCAD, Excel and CRM software
Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team setting
A go-getter with robust organizational, planning and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
