Role Description

AO Globe Life is currently expanding its remote sales team across Canada with a focus on Western Canada.

We provide life, accident, and supplemental health insurance to working families through established relationships with unions, associations, credit unions, veterans’ groups, and existing policyholders.



Leads are provided at no cost — no cold calling or prospecting required.

This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with:

- Flexible scheduling

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are comfortable speaking with clients over Zoom and phone, and who are seeking long-term growth opportunities in a structured setting.

Prior insurance experience is an asset but not required. Licensing support is provided for qualified candidates.
