Airswift is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join a major Oil and Gas company in North York, ON and support the company's Supply Chain Management (SCM) team on a 1-year contract with possibility of extension. In this role, you will draft and administer service contracts, ensure compliance with internal policies, and act as a key liaison between business units and suppliers. You’ll also support spend analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI.What You’ll DoDraft and prepare service agreements for review by legal, SCM stakeholders, and business units; support contract execution.Ensure full compliance with SCM processes, governance standards, and enterprise policies.Maintain accurate documentation and records according to established procedures.Use supply chain concepts, data sources, and market intelligence to recommend process improvements.Support procurement activities by investigating and resolving issues.Build strong, ethical relationships while driving efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.Act as a liaison between sourcing specialists, advisors/consultants,



and suppliers.Provide training to internal end users when needed.Actively participate in SCM departmental initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.Perform additional duties as assigned.What You BringRequired:Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of Supply Chain experience.Robust knowledge of contract administration and service agreement drafting (paralegal experience is an asset).Experience working with ERP systems.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Preferred:Legal background or law certificate.Supply Chain certifications (e.G., SCMP, CPSM).Enrolment in a professional supply chain designation program.Working knowledge of Power BI.Compensation: $40–$48/hr depending on experience, classification, and contract structure.
