The Park School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Girl’s Varsity Basketball Coach to lead and develop our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, a deep understanding of the game, and the ability to inspire student-athletes to reach their full potential on and off the court.

Qualifications
Proven coaching success and/or competitive basketball experience (high school or collegiate level preferred)
Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and game strategy




Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to create an setting that emphasizes motivation, unity, and discipline
CPR/First Aid certification
Must meet all district and state coaching certification requirements

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and lead daily practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team setting
Serve as a mentor and role model for student-athletes
Emphasize academic, personal , and athletic development
Adhere to the Park Core Values of Honesty, Respect, Kindness, and Responsibility
Work with the Athletic Director on fundraising efforts
