We are currently looking for an entry level Junior Bookkeeper to join our diverse team.

About the Role:
Process accounts payable including expense report from coding & entry and issuing monthly billbacks
Reconcile monthly accounts and support month-end close procedures
Support the processing of biweekly payroll for 60+ employees in a timely and accurate manner including maintaining company perks.
Perform cost and sales analysis reports
Collecting incoming received orders and posting & matching invoices
Assist with preparing weekly AP payment incl. wire transfers setup
Daily bank reconciliation incl bank deposits
Assisting in general administrative duties such as answering vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner and filing documents.

Experience & Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills




Solid initiative and excellent problem-solving skills that can work under deadline pressures in a fast-paced setting and be able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent computing skills – Excel, World and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting field
Diploma or certificate in Accounting is preferred
6 months – 1 year AP / bookkeeping experience would be an asset
Knowledge with Payworks and ERP systems like Silver Creek / Visual Produce Pro, is a bonus.This position provides valuable hands‑on experience in bookkeeping and accounting operations, offering a solid foundation for future career advancement within finance.

Job Type: Full-time – Monday to Friday

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
