You will estimate various project types, including design-build and construction management, while collaborating closely with project teams to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for design-build and CM projects
Analyze plans and specifications for accuracy
Communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors
Conduct site visits and approve design documents
Maintain a costing database for future estimates Requirements:
Minimum 5 years as a Construction Estimator
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Proficient in estimating software
Knowledge of construction equipment and techniques
