Your role involves maintaining absence management configurations, resolving user issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders to document and analyze requirements. You will play a vital part in enhancing payroll and advantages integrations while leading testing and business analysis initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and configure Workday Absence Management systems
Analyze and resolve absence issues promptly
Advise on improvements to Workday functionalities
Integrate perks and payroll solutions within systems
Lead User Acceptance Testing activities Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or IT
3 years of hands-on Workday Absence Management experience
Robust analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Experience in multi-unionized environments is a plus
