Take a key role at NITHA as a Nursing Program Advisor in Saskatchewan. Lead curriculum development and mentor nursing staff while ensuring culturally protected clinical practices across various sites. As a Nursing Program Advisor, you will shape nursing education by designing and updating curricula alongside providing vital mentorship.

Collaborating with community partners, you’ll ensure that nursing programs are aligned with health needs while fostering evidence-informed practices in policy development. This role requires both leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of Indigenous health practices. Key Responsibilities:
Design and update nursing curricula and training materials
Mentor nurses and interprofessional healthcare teams




Support policy development for evidence-informed practices
Evaluate program outcomes and recommend adjustments
Align programs with community health needs and standards Requirements:
Registration as a Nurse with educational program development experience
Robust skills in curriculum design and evaluation
Knowledge of Indigenous health and cultural safety
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
