Busy Manufacturing shop is looking for a full time die setter.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Must be able to set up and run all presses for progressive dies and related feed line equipment.
Set dies in the press from start to finish.
Responsible for all first offs and inspections
Able to troubleshoot and work with Tool Room staff and do small repairs when required.
Instruct and perform all safety requirements on Presses.
What are we looking for?
Work experience in the maintenance or tool room department is considered an asset
Mechanically inclined – able to use measuring instruments
Able to work independently with little supervision
Able to perform physically demanding work
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
