Investigate and resolve application and infrastructure incidents
Analyze performance metrics to identify root causes
Manage patch deployment for Windows Server operating systems
Implement configuration changes across network devices
Perform advanced server monitoring and management Requirements:
2–4 years in a NOC Engineer or similar role
Solid problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication abilities for technical issues
Experience with Windows Server and networking concepts
