We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic team!

Responsibilites
Provide direction and leadership to RN's, RPN’s, PSW’s, and other direct care staff in all aspects of resident care, within established legislative standards,
Create care plans for residents, complete nursing documentation, and assist residents with move-in,
Work collaboratively with attending physicians

Qualifications
Registered Nurse Practitioner in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario,
Experience working as a Nurse Practitioner,
Experience in long-term care, with providing care for the elderly,
Experience providing leadership and supervision in any healthcare workplace.
Must have a explicit vulnerable sector screen, no older than 6 months, TB test results less than 6 months old, 3 Covid Vaccines.

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
