Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert leadership to Nurse Practitioners across PHC
Champion clinical excellence and interprofessional collaboration




Support development of NP practice and frameworks within PHC
Guide strategic direction, mentorship, and policy development
Ensure quality assurance in NP practice across the organization Requirements:
Current Nurse Practitioner registration in BC
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex health systems
Active medical staff privileges with PHC or eligibility
Solid leadership and team collaboration skills
