As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will coordinate and manage contracted manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with BWXT's technical and quality requirements.
This senior role involves collaborating with various teams and vendors, driving process improvements, and mentoring junior engineers. An expertise in vendor coordination and manufacturing processes is essential for success in this impactful position. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate outsourced manufacturing activities with external vendors
Review and approve technical documentation for compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
Investigate and resolve technical discrepancies from vendors
Lead complex sublet projects while mentoring junior team members Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
P.Eng designation preferred
5–8 years of manufacturing or vendor coordination experience
Robust understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements
