Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized materials coordinator to support our production operations. This role acts as a key link between Production, Purchasing, Inventory and Management by maintaining accurate records, coordinating materials and supporting scheduling and reporting functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Count, track, and maintain accurate inventory of materials, parts, tools, and safety gear
Perform daily regular cycle counts
Review BOM's to ensure parts accuracy
Monitor inventory levels using a range of inventory management tools, systems and controls
Submit orders through ERP
Coordinate with Inventory team to manage MOQ's, Lead times and Primary vendor updates
Coordinate with Purchasing team to ensure materials arrive on time to support production schedules
Coordinate with Production manager and Shop lead to maintain production schedules and reports




Coordinate with Technical team to create new inventory items for new product development
Coordinate with Vendors and Purchasing team for defective parts and returns
Perform quality checks on materials received to ensure they meet specifications using technical documents
Restock materials promptly upon receipt.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in inventory control, materials coordination, or a related role preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with Purchasing and Production teams
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks

This full time position is available ASAP. The wage will be based on your skill, experience and performance. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
