Provide expert wound and continence care with SE Health in Kingston. This role focuses on delivering specialized clinical support and advancing best practices in patient care. As a Nurse within the WOC Team, you will be integral in performing holistic assessments and managing care plans for patients with ostomy and continence issues.

Evaluate and develop tailored care plans for patients

Completion of NSWOCC WOC-EP program
RN with competence certification from Ontario
Willingness to further educational qualifications
Demonstrable communication and teaching skills
