MetCap Living Management Inc. is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor at our Downtown Toronto office. This fully in-office role involves leading the accounts payable function and managing operational compliance. In this leadership role, you will oversee a skilled accounts payable team, ensuring productive processing of invoices and maintaining vendor relationships.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to uphold compliance with policies and preparing analytical reports. A sound knowledge of accounts payable processes and robust Excel skills are crucial for your success. Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage and support accounts payable staff
Ensure the accurate processing of invoices and payments




Cultivate relationships with vendors and resolve any issues
Prepare and analyze reports regarding accounts payable
Ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policies Requirements:
5+ years of high-volume accounts payable expertise
2+ years in a supervisory capacity required
Knowledge of Excel, Yardi, or similar systems is preferred
Must have experience with wire payments and online banking
