Your New Role

Reporting Directly to the VP of Property Management, the General Manager will provide day-to-day oversight and direction for a retail mall in Chilliwack. This role will oversee property management, operations, financial management, budget creation & management, project management, marketing initiatives as well as staffing and people leadership for the property. As the main representative for the property,



you will develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with ownership, tenants, contractors, and vendors not to mention the community that this mall services.

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate has customer first mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of retail property management.

The ideal candidate has:

- 5+ years in retail Property Management preferably on retail or commercial portfolios.
- BCFSA Rental Management License or working towards.
- Experience using Angus, Yardi, and keyscan are assets.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting management.

What you’ll get in return
