Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment modalities




Facilitate client education and self-management strategies
Participate actively in case conferences for ongoing care
Document all care and treatment interventions systematically Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized Nursing program
Two years of relevant experience in mental health
Current registration as a nurse with BCCNM
Solid communication and counseling skills
