The Current Business Manager is urgency driven but patient, practical and grounded. Confident when negotiating, and always ready adapt to keep the prospect on track.

How? We offer an extensive training program designed to give you all the tools you need to prospect, assess, and buy material. You'll get material knowledge from the operations team and a deep understanding of our process so you can maximize your impact at each stage of a deal.

We will give you the tools to succeed, then you put it into practice through:
Prospecting potential leads and evaluate their scrap metal management program
Selling Metalogics as a service provider
Convert leads to Sales Qualified Leads - consistently close recent accounts.
Develop sales plans that identify potential customers and growth opportunities for existing accounts.




Manage end-to-end RFQ submissions and bidding activities for new accounts to secure profitable business opportunities.
