Now Hiring: Welder / Machinist (Heavy Equipment)

Semler’s is looking for an experienced Welder / Machinist to support on-road and off-road heavy equipment repairs and fabrication in our dealership workplace.

Who we’re looking for:
Minimum 4 years of welding experience (required)
Previous line boring experience (required)
Strong fabrication and machining skills
Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Pride in producing high-quality, precise work

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2 × 15-minute paid breaks
1 × 1-hour lunch break
No shift work, no weekends

What you’ll be working with:
New shop (built in 2019)
Overhead cranes, proper fixturing, and specialty tooling
Clean, organized work setting
Variety of heavy equipment repair and fabrication work
