Lead the Total Rewards initiatives at Aviso, enhancing financial well-being for Canadians. This management role requires proficiency in compensation design and employee recognition systems. As a Manager of Total Rewards, you will report to the Director and oversee various compensation, perks, and retirement programs.

Your key responsibilities include managing the annual compensation planning, implementing incentive programs, and acting as a key liaison to external vendors. You will also contribute to Aviso’s unique ‘oneaviso’ culture by fostering meaningful relationships across teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual compensation planning, including salary adjustments
Manage incentive and executive compensation processes




Oversee compensation surveys and market reviews
Chair the Job Evaluation Committee and ensure compliance
Develop and implement the recognition strategy Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
7+ years in Total Rewards roles, including management
Proficient in HRIS and compensation tools
Understanding of pay equity and transparency regulations
