We're a family-owned, Kansas City-style barbecue restaurant located in Vaughan, known for slow-smoked meats, southern hospitality, and a team-first kitchen. We're looking for a full time line cook to grow with us as we expand our operations.

What You'll Do:
Prepare meats, sides, and sauces according to our trusted recipes and kitchen procedures
Help maintain proper prep levels and stock rotation
Keep your station organized, clean, and ready for action
Work efficiently in a high-energy kitchen where communication and teamwork matter

Who We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of kitchen experience (preferably in a fast-paced or scratch kitchen)
Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (required)
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a love of BBQ culture
Someone who shows up ready to work hard and have fun doing it
