Conduct regular inspections for community standards
Coordinate the establishment and operation of Homeowner Associations
Liaise with builders,

Track compliance and recommend process improvements

Proven experience in community or land development
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
Understanding of HOA governance and processes
Familiarity with architectural and landscaping requirements
