Responsibilities
Supervise and support activities within the organization
Educate and engage with community members on various initiatives
Utilize public speaking skills to represent the organization at events
Assist with project management tasks and coordination
Collect and analyze data for reporting purposes
Support marketing efforts to promote organizational activities
Assist in recruiting other volunteers and participants
Provide administrative support as needed
Demonstrate leadership qualities in all volunteer activities
Experience:
Previous experience in supervising or leading projects is beneficial
Robust public speaking skills are a plus
Knowledge of project management principles is advantageous
Experience with data collection and analysis is desirable
Ability to market organizational initiatives effectively
Recruiting experience is a bonus
Proficiency in administrative tasks is helpful
Demonstrated leadership skills are highly valued
