Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
Assist customers with product inquiries
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
Maintain proper merchandising of products to ensure attractive displays and stock levels
Conduct upselling by suggesting complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize products for easy access




Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store hours
Ensure compliance with legal age restrictions when selling alcohol and verify customer identification as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment throughout your shift

Experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and managing inventory counts
Proven organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and time effectively during busy periods
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Must have valid preserve certification
