Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products, offering recommendations and product demos when needed
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain well-stocked shelves through effective merchandising and inventory management
Upsell products by highlighting promotions and new arrivals to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Ensure compliance with legal age restrictions by verifying customer identification during purchases
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills




Keep the store organized by managing stock levels, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; experience in alcohol or beverage sales is a plus
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising techniques
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a rapid-paced setting
Excellent organizational skills with time management capabilities to prioritize daily duties effectively
Friendly phone etiquette and customer service orientation to foster positive interactions with shoppers
