Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Burlington office building. Evening light duty cleaning focus on floor cleaning.

Work Days: Monday to Friday - 2 hours per shift, starting after 5:00 pmThis office cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.We are seeking responsible, long term minded employees to join our growing Cleaning Company.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
Emptying garbage and recycling
Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
Sanitizing touchpoints
Additional tasks as requested
Establish positive rapport with clients when possible




Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS
Communicate in English both written and verbally
Strong attention to detail
Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
Adaptable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
Works well independently and in a team workplace
Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
A vehicle to commute to work locations
Have a criminal record check
Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial

WORKING CONDITIONSThere is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
