Responsibilities
Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care
Operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including equipment and storage spaces
Ensure timely completion of laundry cycles to meet hotel operational needs
Assist with general cleaning duties around the hotel to support overall hygiene standards
Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed




Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working workplace for yourself and colleagues

Requirements
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality laundry services is preferred but not mandatory
Strong knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment operation
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
