In this full-time role, you will work Monday to Friday, delivering essential employment services to clients facing severe mental health challenges. This position is integral to the multidisciplinary Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) team, using the Individual Placement and Support Model.

You will support clients in achieving their employment goals, offering life skills training, and facilitating resume workshops. Creating robust relationships with local employers and resource organizations is key to fostering job prospects for clients battling mental illnesses. Key Responsibilities:
Establish rapport with clients and their families
