As a Job Coach, you will facilitate hands-on training and provide personalized mentorship to clients while they navigate meaningful work opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include promoting workplace skills, guiding clients through tasks, and reinforcing employer training to ensure productive work settings. The role requires a commitment to building inclusive workplaces for all. Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients to meet workplace expectations while maintaining employment
Reinforce training consistency for employers and clients




Gradually fade support to enhance client independence
Assist clients in navigating workplace dynamics
Develop individual training plans utilizing Skills for Success Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Human Services or related field
Experience with individuals facing employment barriers
