We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests or servers
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow proper food safety protocols at all times during meal preparation and service
Support team members during busy hours to ensure efficient service delivery

Skills
Proven experience in serving,



food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
Strong understanding of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
Valuable communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service excellence is a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
