Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Residential and Non-Residential Cleaners to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional cleaning services across a variety of settings, including private homes, commercial spaces, and hospitality venues. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments that exceed client expectations.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation to ensure pristine living spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of non-residential areas such as offices, restaurants, and event venues by executing detailed cleaning routines.
- Organize supplies and equipment to optimize workflow and ensure all cleaning tools are well-maintained and stocked.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests; provide friendly customer service throughout each visit.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications





- Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple assignments without compromising quality.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and handling cleaning equipment is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional service.
- Class 5 driver's license is an asset but not required.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is required
