With operations across North America, Aecon Utilities supports critical utility infrastructure that powers and keeps communities connected. Reporting to the General Manager, the Manager of Operations will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of designated regions Accountable for the financial and operational performance of assigned regions, including business planning, budgeting, and profitability Provide leadership and strategic direction in alignment with corporate and divisional objectives Monitor regional performance and report financial results, risks, workload, and opportunities to senior leadershipOversee project execution and resolve contractual, operational, and legal issues Lead, develop, and mentor management teams, including succession and workforce planning Manage regional budgets and prepare monthly financial performance reports Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and union representatives Lead contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and stakeholder communications Supervise Superintendents and field operations across designated regions Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements College or University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline Extensive experience within the Utility Contracting, Civil Construction,
