Wuxly is looking for a high energy group of Retail Associates to join our seasonal pop-up at STACKT Market in Toronto, this Fall / Winter season. In this role, you’ll connect with the STACKT community, educate customers on our products, and bring Wuxly’s brand and values to life throughout the season. A successful Retail Associate is an energetic, customer-focused salesperson who is excited to represent a proudly Canadian outerwear brand in one of Toronto’s most dynamic retail destinations.

- This is a part-time, hourly contract position, requiring weekend availability. The initial contract term will be from mid-September to end of December, with the possibility to extend and grow into new areas of the organization.

The Opportunity:

- Represent Wuxly on the retail floor, delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and personalized customer experience that reflects the brand’s values and premium positioning.

- Help customers discover the right products by providing thoughtful recommendations, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to strong in-store sales performance.

- Join a collaborative, fast-paced retail team with the opportunity to build your skills in customer experience, sales,



merchandising, and brand representation.

What you will get up to:

- Drive sales and contribute to individual and store targets through genuine customer engagement and product knowledge.

- Communicate Wuxly’s brand story, Canadian roots, and commitment to producing high quality outerwear.

- Closing sales with confidence while building customer relationships and loyalty.

- Making outbound calls to past and prospective clients.

- Customer support with client services through responding to emails, phone calls, customer services portals.

- Assisting with merchandising and inventory processes to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

- Support daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, inventory replenishment, and stock organization.

- Stay informed on recent products, seasonal collections, promotions, and key brand initiatives.

- Additional responsibilities as the role and candidate develops.

Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in a sales position within retail preferred.

- Playful energy,



love interacting with people and starting-up meaningful conversation.

- Confident communicator who can clearly explain product features, fit, materials, and benefits.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Experience with customer service platforms (such as RichPanel), preferred.
