Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Driver Recruiter role based in Mississauga, ON. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing,



and hiring qualified drivers and managing driver retention efforts. This role involves direct communication with candidates and clients, providing excellent customer support, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Qualifications

Skills in Hiring and Driver Retention strategies

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Customer Service experience and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Previous experience in recruitment or transportation industry roles is an asset

Proficiency with recruitment and applicant tracking tools is beneficial
