Position Director of Health, Safety, and Environment – Victoria or Vancouver branch.
Wage band: $160,000 – $200,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications 5+ years of experience in an HSE Leadership role with demonstrated success in safety culture improvement
10+ years of experience in an HSE role
Post‑secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Management, Business, or a related discipline
Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation, or the ability to obtain the designation within a reasonable period, is considered a strong asset
NCSO CHSC, Gold Seal, or equivalent professional credentials are considered assets
OHS experience within the construction industry is considered a strong asset
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Expert knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
Solid understanding of construction operations, project delivery, and risk management




Experience developing and improving Health, Safety and Environment management systems, policies, and standards
Exceptional leadership, influencing, coaching, and relationship‑building skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance safety, operational, and commercial priorities
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and build a positive safety culture
Ability to travel regularly to company branches and project sites
