Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, audit, or compliance
• Leadership experience managing security programs for 5+ years
• Knowledge of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2

• Preferred certifications: CRISC, CISA, or similar
