Manage rebate operations as a Senior Supervisor in the Dealer Rebates function. Ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective team management across multiple business units.
You will play a critical role in overseeing rebate activities while collaborating with Finance, Marketing, and other departments. This position focuses on managing a team of Analysts to deliver accurate rebate calculations and adhere to established processes. Additionally, you will establish KPIs and drive necessary improvements within the rebate framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all rebate calculations and approvals
• Manage team performance and development initiatives
• Ensure accurate accruals and variance explanations
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators




• Participate in onboarding and recruitment strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years in financial analysis or rebate management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and Dealer Contracts
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP technology
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
Lead and develop a rebate team focused on accuracy and strategic collaboration with internal stakeholders for enhanced profitability.
