Utility industry experience, including: Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
Dunning
Collections
Experience with: Installment Plans
Security Deposits
Payment Processing
Refunds
Write-offs
Experience with Billing–FICA integration.
Exposure to: S/4HANA Utilities
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Data migration and reconciliation experience.
Nice to Have North American utility experience.
Retail Choice / IDE exposure.
Fiori experience.
BRF+ knowledge.
Cutover support experience.
CIS migration project experience.
