Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our energetic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant restaurant environment, contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.

Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties
Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Support the kitchen staff with cooking and plating dishes for service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Follow food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices at all times
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed




Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service during meal service

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety practices
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
Food industry experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential
