We are looking for a motivated Junior Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and administrative tasks for our commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, inspect site safety, and supervise third-party vendors (cleaning, landscaping, snow removal).
Tenant & Owner Relations: Address tenant inquiries, resolve service requests, enforce building/condo rules, and manage lease renewals.
Financial Management: Assist with budget preparation, collect rent, follow up on arrears, process invoices, and track operating expenses.
Lease & Legal Compliance: Administer lease agreements, track key expiry/renewal dates, and ensure compliance with building codes and relevant Ontario legislation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in residential property management.
Licensing: Valid CMRAO Limited License (working towards a General License).
Knowledge: Required proficiency in the Condominium Act; familiarity with Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB)
processes is a solid asset.
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
