Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking kitchen staff to join our team. We are looking for invidiauals that like working in a quick pace enviroment and are self sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare items according to recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes.
Operate and clean heavy duty meat slicer for deli meat slicing
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.




Helps sandwhich staff out with restocking items during service.
Helps to wash, clean and organize dishes and kitchen equipment.
Maintaining freshness and quality of products.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and banh mi is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
