Vehicle Requirement: Driver's License, Vehicle Required Required Qualifications - Active registration with applicable Alberta Regulated Health Profession.
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in clinical practice required.
Previous experience in Continuing Care/ Home Care required.
Proven clinical and leadership skills.
Superior organizational skills.
Evidence of robust leadership,



interpersonal and communication skills.
Evidence of initiative, flexibility, and creativity.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, physicians, community agencies, skilled colleagues, volunteers, and the community.

Ability to function effectively in a agile work environment.

Preferred Qualifications - Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred; however, skills and experience relevant to nursing practice will be considered.
Equivalences of education and experience may be considered.
