Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment
Maintain highways year-round, assisting Labourer duties
Conduct road condition inspections and equipment checks
Support planning with the Foreperson to meet milestones
Monitor crew's work quality and safety compliance Requirements:
Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license
Previous experience in highway maintenance supervision
Snow plow operation experience preferred
Robust communication and computer skills
