Job Summary The primary role of the Lead Generation Representative is prospecting, cold-calling, research and initial contact of potential customers to build HubSpot upkeep, coordination, reporting, and cross-functional teamwork. This role is about understanding how businesses create waste metal and building relationships — not pitching.

Role & Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect new opportunities via phone, email, and social media to build rapport with new customers
Position Metalogics as a problem solver able to improve operational scrap flow
Handle high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling campaigns, and networking activities
Screen inbound leads and qualify them for follow-up for New Business Manager
Identify Prospect Qualified Leads through proactive contact and lead nurturing efforts
Ensure smooth handoff of and coordinate follow-up actions
Maintain accurate and updated records in HubSpot, logging prospect details and engagement history
Use lead generation tools to uncover customer trends, track progress, and forecast pipeline opportunities
Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional campaigns, marketing strategies, market outreach programs, & business development initiatives




Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events handling all the pre-event research and post-event follow up activities to maximize lead gen & engagement
Achieve and report on KPIs such as calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified leads
Provide insights and performance reports to leadership via data-driven analysis

Skills and Qualifications:
No experience required (co-op acceptable), must be weird and happy about it
Will talk to anyone - robust comfort with high-volume outbound outreach.
Familiarity with CRM systems
Able to be professional while maintaining weird
Comfortable talking to plant managers, operations managers, maintenance leads, and owners, anyone in blue collar environments

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
