As the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in leading the financial management of Ocean Ceramics Dental Lab.

This position focuses on full-cycle accounting, operational analysis, and implementing cash flow management strategies. Work closely with ownership to foster strategic growth and ensure accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle accounting including payroll and reporting
Prepare financial statements and manage budgeting process
Leverage AI technologies in accounting practices
Handle tax compliance and regulatory reporting tasks
Improve internal controls and prepare for audits Requirements:
CPA, CMA, or CGA designation is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
Robust experience in financial reporting and compliance
Advanced capability with Excel and accounting software
