Provide engaging IT support with Métis Nation-Saskatchewan as an IT Support Technician in Saskatoon. Contribute to technical development and operational systems while ensuring user satisfaction. This full time, permanent position is overseen by the IT Manager.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure workstations, and assist with helpdesk needs. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and excellent communication skills are critical for collaborating with various departments in their IT system usage. Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware and software IT issues
Install and maintain end-user workstation systems
Provide helpdesk support with issue resolution
Support departmental IT system development
Execute additional duties from IT Manager Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
Post-secondary education in Computer Science or IT preferred
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and organizational skills
Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license or reliable transport
