Take 5 Oil Change – Ajax, ON

Take 5 Oil Change in Ajax is looking for a reliable and motivated Lead Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work efficiently on the shop floor, provide outstanding customer service, and help lead the team during busy shifts.

Responsibilities
Perform all positions of the oil change process
Help lead the team and control shop workflow
Provide skilled and friendly customer service
Conduct vehicle inspections and make appropriate service recommendations
Assist with training and developing team members
Maintain solid individual and team performance
Open and close the shop when required
Handle customer concerns when management is unavailable
Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed
Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently

What We're Looking For
Automotive or quick-lube experience preferred
Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality




Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
Ability to coach and support other team members
Solid focus on customer service and safety
