You will navigate multiple areas including health and safety, employment, and Indigenous relations. Ideal for those with significant legal experience, this role requires collaboration within a flat structure. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advice on regulatory matters
Monitor emerging regulatory developments
Support health and safety legal issues
Advise on Indigenous relations
Manage litigation and employment legal matters Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of legal experience
Solid background in upstream oil and gas law
Familiarity with Alberta and/or BC regulations
Experience in First Nations consultation preferred
